Florals For Spring? Groundbreaking

The fashion industry is so cyclical, it is funny. Every spring, florals become trendy again and somehow designers find a new and exciting way to revamp florals and make them exciting again. This time around, they really are. Florals are available in so many different colourations, scale, fabrication and mood.  Designers have even gone as far as throwing it in full blooms from head to toe.

From Chloé to Balenciaga to Erdem, head to toe florals were embraced with full force and is definitely the statement look of the season. Wearing head-to-toe anything is very intimidating (unless its all black, then I’m down). Wearing bold prints is even more frightening and at first look was a trend I was going to pass up. However, I decided to experiment more in 2017 and this trend has become a favourite for me this season.

I decided to attempt this trend by mixing in another statement print in a different colour way. Florals for spring doesn’t need to be so boring and repetitive, there are so many ways try the trend, from floral motifs to brighter and bolder colours, you cannot go wrong.
