I love No Bake Energy Balls, they are super easy to make and grab out of the fridge, they travel great and they taste like a treat. What I love the most about them is that you can mix it however you like to suit your taste, but in general, they are made from just a few simple ingredients that you always have on hand. I have been trying a lot of recipes with oats recently because they are high in fibre and keep you fuller for longer and this recipe for healthy oat energy balls is a winner. All the ingredients were mixed together in just a few minutes, and as someone with a sweet tooth, they are a great, healthy snack.
100g Royal Oats Porridge Oats
30g Dark Chocolate Chips
50g Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Once mixed, roll the balls out into bite sized balls and refrigerate to set.
